Halloumi with tomatoes
This is a recipe that I learned from my friend Behice. Behice lives near to us, and one day we were invitied in her place for Sunday breakfast. She prepared delicous Turkish breakfast for us. One of the thing, she cooked was Halloumi with some tomatoes and red paprika. It was such simple and tasty mix together.
We sometimes buy hallumi but frying it by itself is not so great. I found it bit dry. Frying it with tomatoes and pepper gives a bit more flavor and also make the halloumi softer and tastier.
I give the receipe only with tomatoes. If you like paprika, you can always add some red or green paprika as you prefer.
