When I first moved to England, I lived in Winchester. In Winchester, there was a hairdresser, I used to go. I do not remember the name though. One day, I went there for haircut. A guy over forties cut my hair. He was quite confident what he was doing.
After telling him, I am Turkish, we talked a bit about Turkish food. Aparently, he loves Greek or Turkish food a lot. Once a month, he goes to restaurants in Islington where there is a big Greek and Turkish community. And he said you Turks just get all those nice food and mix with bit of yoghurt and garlic and come up something much more delicious.
Actually, he is right. To prepare any mezes, you do not have to work hard. Just with few ingridents, you can come something quite taste and simple.
